> In computer science, the ELIZA effect is a tendency to project human traits—such as experience, semantic comprehension or empathy—onto rudimentary computer programs. It is now very difficult not to project human traits to LLMs.

I was responding to the person casting doubts on whether he/she should buy a Framework laptop by providing my own experience as a very happy customer. I still think he/she should go for a Framework. As for BIOS updates outside war

3Blue1Brown[1] has opened my eyes on the intuitive understanding of linear algebra, many, many years after taking a first course in linear algebra, which left me completely mystified. [1] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNk_

"I don't know how to make a screenshot" Linus Torvalds often says that he does not know how to do X (like install a Linux distribution, or other simple stuff). I wager that it's a status thing.

I wish I had your confidence in "detecting" LLM sentences. All I can do for now is get a very vague "intuition" as to whether a sentence is LLM-generated. We know how intuitions are not always reliable.
