I find the best arrangement is spending a month or at least two weeks in Norway during the summer. I prefer to stay around Stryn. You can do some what I consider good drive outings in every direction. Because the day is longer it’s perfect

I think there are people that simply cannot afford to go lower than 400k if you’re looking in the Bay Area. Or it’d take a relatively big hit in lifestyle. Mortgages are really expensive, kids in school or day care, payment to the new Rivia

From my observation it’s all about comfort. Having reports, especially ones with their own, who share your own background makes communication more frank. In other words, like a sibling, they all share the same state, it makes your job easie
