Will not happen. ”green” energy is not green- it consume massive amount of resources, it is expensive, short lived, destabilize the grid. I’m super happy my country is finally waking up from the horrible green hypnosis.

I disagree, and that is fundamental point. It is not just one view, you can pretty much check the different authors or find the original sources and they are not in agreement. Propaganda is useless, but calling bullshit on another certain c

Fine but zerohedge is not really one author or one agenda, it is an aggregate of many different views and you can’t trust all of them equally…

Nitpicking but San Andreas does have AI where police chases work and NPC do not feel completely brainless, and cars do not only follow tracks, it does not feel empty and lifeless.

And if you ask me, It has not been enough touch bar bashing... I’ve opted to buy a 2015 Mac Book Pro this year, it might be easier to get over apple than the touch bar even...

Look up terra preta, regular wood would just decompose and release the carbon back. You have to make charcoal out of it to be able to sequester carbon in the longer term (thousands of years)

Letting trees grow and sucking up co2, and then making them into charcoal/biochar, putting that into the soil is one simple way to do it. Even if not done, still think a living forest has to be much better than a plain or desert.

I agree but it is how it always been. The war on drugs is called "war on drugs" not institutionalized rasism with a fancy spin to make people accept it...

The war on drugs is and has always been racist, it is targeting minorities and filling prisons. How it is precieved is a different thing.

Hmm, afaik up to 10% biochar is considered beneficial in any soil and will keep nutrients fixated in the soil, more than that is mainly good since it removes co2 from the environment. Why ship it? you just burn brush and waste where you hav

See this comment a lot but absolutely disagree. Firefox works and is only getting better on MacOS. (And if being friends with MacOS is the point, then why not use Safari, does not get more friendly than that)

This is kind of expected given go give you no additional safety, only focusing on "simplicity". Rust seems so much more promising.

It is much more nuanced. Peace is about: accepting and appreciating what you have, and don't have (i.e appreciate the actual reality). Progress is making it better. You will need both, change and the ability to see what is good and wor
