Yes, I have experienced it, too. I was building a web crawler using Replit as an agent. I could have done that in 2 hours without LLM help but I wanted to see how the LLM would do it. I gave it a set of of instructions but the LLM could not

Yes, they are generally very stringent about these rule. I would suggest you use another provider such as Braintree.
