   I think the trust/openness necessary for therapy is a challenge to meld it with the law. For example, people won't admit fault if there are legal repercussions. That being said, Judges and lawyers with more empathy would be great

   Thanks! Yes, I have seen that it doesn't always rule in favor of one party, but generally its a situation when you wouldnt really want it rule in favor of one party or another.
