macOS also has native Docker and native Terminal.app with a Unix tool chain just like Linux. So those two aren't great examples on their own IMO. I do however agree that it's 100% totally opinion based on ones preferred OS.

Just to clarify, xhyve is just bhyve ported to macOS and RUNS ON Hypervisor.framework which is not based on any other Hypervisor. Parallels for ARM, UTM (many QEMU frontends), xhyve and others are decent frontends for Hypervisor.framework

That is only applicable to the Home version. Pro and above still lets you create an offline account during setup. That said I find it disgusting you have to disable your internet connection on the Home version to create an offline account.

Not true in the slightest. You can disable (the sane IMO) defaults and run anything on macOS to your hearts desire. macOS is nothing like iOS WRT apps you can install and run. Turning off Gatekeeper is literally a single terminal command
