There's always "ce" (change until end of word), which enables the common use case and is also consistent with the rest of the vim language. I wonder why the special case for "cw" exists... I'd love to hear the

I'm not sure if you're serious about this, but it seems very short sighted. If this were the case, I don't think the word "company" would still apply. However, capitalism doesn't leave consumers with no options

If it's a public blockchain, there's no guarantee that any individual actor isn't just keeping the older data. Same story for a private blockchain. There might be ways to "remove" data like your parent comment menti
