This is an extremely dangerous response. The fact that it is at the top is disheartening, especially for this site. The real problem is treating startup ideas differently than ideas. Ideas are like experiences. They build off of each other

I have been waiting for something like this. I hope they are working on a JS integration like Stripe has though. A form POST as their method of integration reduces my confidence level a bit.

I would be weary of relying on Exec for anything substantial to my company because if they get acuihired, they could disappear overnight and leave a gaping hole in my business that could be very difficult to fill.

The biggest issue with this is that they don't understand Jim Gaffigan's comedy. The way to be humorous with something like this is to use a skit from one of his early comedy skits with a witty twist.

Be very careful of an all-stock transaction. I had to pay a lot of money out of pocket to the IRS for shares in a company I couldn't sell. I found out the hard way that restricted stock stays restricted until the company officially releases

I never understood when someone says put "X" keyword in the subject. Do you really get that much email? Is there no other way to organize your email? I always find it odd when people put their own organization onto someone else.
