I think that's because they know the white collar criminal is going to have access to a good lawyer and they need a more solid case. If many of the charges end up being false, you are going to cast doubt on the whole case

I uploaded a .NEF and in the usage panel it shows I'm using 0 bytes of my 5GB and 1 photo of my unlimited photo storage. I have nothing else on my cloud drive. While not on that list, it seems raw files are supported

I found it so awkward they chose that scenario as the first. They weren't doing anything but taking a selfie. Maybe if they were running, playing with a dog, throwing a frisbee, anything other than just grip and grinning for the camera
