I did this followed later by uninstalling all social media apps. I use their webpages instead but i log out when i don't want to use it anymore, like closing a door. Really effective. I am off Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. I only open

Stop hunting programmers. Many of us actually don't care about the deadlines, the users etc. We just love to program. We don't care about stand-ups, story points or whatever the business uses to convert complexity to billable hour
