Generically speaking no. There's some exceptions, USDA, VA, and FHA loans. All government programs. But it's tied to the property so only transferable to the purchaser. Very rare here even now with rates changing so much.

I think private CAs are a mistake if only because of all the time wasted on certificate errors from improperly configured platforms. Don't forget that some languages don't respect system stores.

Norman Angell argued almost the exact same thing as you-- in 1909. Doubled down on this argument in 1933. "The Great Illusion". He was wrong -- both times. :)

In my experience, a lot of people who live and reside in Los Angeles will take gigs in Georgia. Most people wouldn't actually live there minus their short stints to do the film they are involved in.

That was my approach as well. It helped my productivity immensely, but I do notice that I'm slightly less aware of current events.
