Thank you for the extension. It works well enough for my bookmarks. Just open the bookmarks on my browser and use the "Save all tabs" feature. I think I'm not the only one who wants an alternative to pocket. A bookmark manage

Thank you. I'll give multiple profiles a try. As mentioned by some of the comments. It's a good tool for managing bookmarks. ArchiveBox supposedly does something similar but I couldn't make it work.

I don't know who started the trend. I personally first heard about the term from Mike Acton's CppCon 2004 talk. But as pointed out by another comment, I don't think it's that mainstream. Outside HPC and game development.

I'm pretty sure obsidian can't sort lists. Especially nested multilevel lists. I tried it before and it got too much annoyances without obvious benefits, so I went back to dynalist.

This drives me crazy. I feel not enough people are complaining about this. Is finding text from the currently-loaded discussion such a niche thing? I second the other comments, XenForo is the best currently.
