I agree with this statement. Kimi K2.5 is at least as good as the best closed source models today for my purposes. I've switched from Claude Code w/ Opus 4.5 to OpenCode w/ Kimi K2.5 provided by Fireworks AI. I never run into

Anecdotally, I've cancelled my Claude Code subscription after using Kimi K2.5 and Kimi CLI for the last few days. It's handled everything I've thrown at it. It is slower at the moment, but I expect that will improve.

You very likely have a cooling system issue. Normal temps should be closer to half that (~50c). Of course it depends on ambient temps and if you are overclocking, but 100c is not anywhere near normal.

Many look at this current situation and draw conclusions around how much office-centered work employees are willing to put up with, which is great. But others are looking at this as an opportunity... workers leaving companies means openings

I was totally about to agree with your post based on the first part (needing a better way to distribute land). But I don't feel that idea and the idea of prefab homes are mutually exclusive.
