I'll think about it. But I've noticed that if I print out some coloring books for my son, they stay on his desk for a long time and he rarely colors them. But if I print him one coloring page, he almost always finishes it.

Doing sport 2 times a week helps me a lot. I also enjoy spending time with my friends on weekends and with my family during work days. All this helps a bit but still sometimes I feel exactly like you do.
