Congrats! You have made something of value that people appreciate. Getting the first paid user is usually the hardest. I would not sell the project at this stage as you would sell it for not a big value. You would need a couple more paying

I am one of the makers of https://www.gleek.io What diagram do you need to create, ERD? If yes, we have those. However, the app cannot do drill down yet (and don't know what app can do it).

yes, it requires a change in the mindset. we were also fighting with it at the beginning. but i work in a small company, cca 30 people, i guess it would be harder in a big company.

I believe asynchronous communication is the key for remote work. It is super-hard to learn and requires a trust, however, I find it the most efficient style of work. Of course there will still be some regular meetings / synchronous com

I use mostly Entity-Relationship for designing a database, and UML Class diagrams. Personally I prefer typing to drag-and-drop so I use https://www.gleek.io/ Check templates and turials, or ask me if you like to know more ;
