I have a 3 year old dishwasher and I've never had the issues described in the article. We use Somat Gold Gel, which from a quick Amazon search doesn't seem to be available in the US so there might be something there.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Faking an ID towards a wireless network is pretty easy to do. There will probably be apps that would fool the WiFi into thinking your iPhone is an Android device.

Reports already show that the jurors had not idea what they were doing. Many of the claims they made had no actual basis of infringement. This reeks heavily of people that had little idea about how the system actually works and gave verdict
