Define resources and create a better limit then. 10 small code-only projects will take orders of magnitude less storage, bandwidth and cpu than one project with committed image and sound assets.

Or... auctions are a terrible way to buy big expensive risky purchases. Auction prices account for that risk, you don't get to do all of the verification you do for normal purchases.

The chromium example is wild. There's an extreme distrust and contempt for chromium becoming the defacto browser and therefore Google becoming the defacto gatekeeper of the web.

What is the suspected method of Bluetooth communication? Afaik phones do not share their internet blindly to Bluetooth devices.

Any single page application, such as YouTube, Gmail, or discord. It lets persistent content (videos) or connections (chat) persist while emulating a pagenated browsing experience. When it's done right you don't notice it at all.
