OP here. The biggest issue for my first iteration of this site was clarity - people just didn't understand what it was or how it worked. I thought I fixed that with this iteration but, after showing it to a few friends, apparently not.

All of the clothes will be washed and disinfected as soon as we get them back so I'm not sure how much of a problem that would be. I will look into what kind of insurance (if any) we would need to provide this service though.
