Ah it looks like Firefox in private mode doesn't support indexed db with is used for storing the games locally and for auth. I should add some error message for that case :) Thank you for reporting. https://bugzilla.mozilla.

Very cool! I've built a similar platform for GB, GBA and SNES at https://afterplay.io I've thought about adding DOS support in the future. What emulator did you end up using? Very nice implementation :)

I think it's much more than a checkbox app. It does time tracking, objectives, supports integrations with other services like Apple Health and it has a great reporting and data insights. It really is an impressive and incredibly polish

I think subscriptions are great especially for solo projects like this. They align incentives between the developer and the customer and can support maintenance and feature requests. If it's a one off payment I'm worried the app w

Thanks Classy, I could do that, it would be slightly less convenient when switching devices as you'd have to add the rom again but could be an option if there is ever any issues. Another thing I've thought about is client side enc

Hi Kelteseth, Yes we store your games for you but you must upload your own game. Kind of like how google music worked when it first launched.
