We definitely used datadog to monitor internal systems while I was there many years ago. Dogfooding was a celebrated practice and I'd be surprised to learn that it's changed.

That's popsci for you. There is a worthwhile section on slime molds beyond that image but all in all the article was pretty light on details (though links to additional sources are present and appreciated).

There's roku, apple tv, and firestick in this market, not to mention the proliferation of smart features embedded into TVs. I wouldn't say chromecast is a clear winner there.
