I find MongoDB easier to deploy and maintain because it's easier to build and monitor. CouchDB with Erlang not so much (for our environment, it's totally alien). EDIT: I made a statement about our preference, for our environment.

On one hand, nice way to collect a database of SSH servers without triggering alarms. On the other, people using this tool are more likely to take steps to secure their servers.
