I agree on some of the points about support structures for women that don't exist for men. I've seen it occur even at the professional level, female co-workers are reached out to, invited to groups, given networking opportunities

Yes, but good luck getting much effort to happen. Microsoft has said for a few years[1] now that using rust would solve a majority of their kernel sec issues, but they haven't said much since. The work to do that much porting is probab
