My concern with the current setup is that I am in GMT+10 timezone. This means that some 'livestream' events are not able to be viewed due to work or life commitsments. I will keep an eye on this topic though.

CentOS is not a rolling release. CentOS stream and has effectively 'switched places' with RHEL. It will get patches first, then RHEL will inherit them. The only visible difference I can see, is that embargoed bug fixes will hit
