You could just use a log format that excludes or obfuscates IP addresses, I believe.

Good point, it likely does. Alternatively, you could set up the rules using country and list out the 28 that make up the EU.

Absolutely, and that's what is happening right now. I honestly don't have a solution for this problem... other than trying to make it as least appealing to these institutions are possible.

It's obviously a bug in his environment... this is a beta feature they're testing and hence not perfect. I've tried on multiple machines and it's working. Perhaps he should try a reinstall. Agreed it's annoying, but

Very cool. I started to do something like this with WebTorrent but hit limitations on the seeds available (especially if you go down the WebRTC seed path). What's your seeding set up like?
