The first complaint is about not being able to reach each other and being async. Async is not a requirement of remote work. Have working hours. Have calendar invites. It's required to make use of in person collaboration so do the same.

Instead of just bitching and moaning somebody senior on the team needs to aggressively push back with productive feedback and compromise. You can't just say stop all of the process. You are invalidating the Scrum Master/TPM's
