absolutely same here. I also enjoy his interviews and perspective but i really couldn't go beyond the first chapter. I guess I'm not that patient :)

One of the many things that surprised me in the US was seemingly complicated means of transferring cash between bank accounts. This process has been trivial in Nigeria (and some other countries) for a long time now with the NIBSS settlement

One tip that I see folks use. Encourage or enforce business email addresses for your trial accounts. This helps you target your cold emails (especially after trial expires).

Skeptical about LinkedIn these days as it might be overused. Even I tend to receive lot of pitches these days and generally distrust the medium.

He oversimplified the issue. Phone companies don't make money through ads. FB/Twitter/Google make money by "getting into the weeds". They chose a business model with much more reward (hence much more risk). They

This is something I can relate to as well. Something that helps me is by creating small wins. Don't just have the overall completion of your project - Define some milestones to your MVP. This helped me go farther after I lost momentum.
