That random post is way off. I was curious and even if you only include buildings 10 stories and up, the average is under 20. And if you have ever been to the boroughs, you would know that there are many houses and buildings under 10 storie

I believe that they are not meaningful across locations. Things like solar arrays and bathtubs have a similar cost around the country, but house prices can vary wildly.

Very nice! One thing I always loved about Nintendo games is that you can usually just pop them in and start playing. No dragged out tutorials, setups, etc.

What's the point of an app? Generating high quality code or generating revenue? Until you hit intersections where revenue can be increased by changing code, the priority will always be on new or changed features.

Tell her she should look at it as a way to beef up the "skills" part of her resume and also help her build a personal portfolio. She will not be handed a job upon finishing, but will have a better resume.

It's an interesting idea to treat educational loans like home loans, where the bank appraises the value of the home and sets loan limits accordingly.

I do not do this and am not an expert by any means, but I would look into establishing residency in whichever non income tax state is easiest to do so. Then you just have to worry about federal taxes.
