KDE was created with open source Qt. As in, the developers that wrote KDE used the LGPL version of Qt. To repeat myself, “Prohibited Combination” shall mean any effort to use, combine, incorporate, link or integrate Licensed Software with a

I dunno, that isn't terrible. The terrible part is where if you pay for a commercial license to use it in a proprietary application, you can't stand within 50 feet of the LGPL version. https://www.qt.io/terms-condi

I suppose different people appreciate different things about them, but for me, it's just the experience (for lack of a better word). It's the musical equivalent of being in the flow state, and tickles my brain the same way. The cr

Just want to say, I switched to KDE (Plasma 5) on Debian testing a month ago, after running Windows 7/10 for the last 10 years. I'm very happy with it. If nothing else, it's so nice to have a desktop UI that's cohesive.

I used to mow lawns. We would dump the clippings into a pasture to feed the cows. They absolutely loved it, and would come running when they heard our truck. The rancher told us to stop after one of them died of a weird illness. There'

Redwoods are touch even when you do cut them down. The trunks will put up water shoots immediately, and you'll have another small tree in a couple of years. The problem is all the other species that live in an old growth forest can

I eat a lot of veggies and some nuts. Vegetables and fruit have a lot of starch in them, which slows down the rate your body absorbs the sugar. I rarely eat fruit, most things are too sweet and disgusting.

I've completely eliminated sugar from my diet. People are genuinely confused on how I do it. (the answer: just don't eat it.) But honestly, your sense of sweetness adjusts to it. Things with sugar in it are foul, as in I can'
