I've been telecommuting since 2000 and definitely pets help. I have two cats and a dog. Sometimes I work at the library or cafés. Meetups are great too. Volunteer work outside the house once in awhile.

My ASPIE son is quite familiar with panic attacks and I got use to dealing with him when he has them. After I lost my other son to suicide I had a very complicated grief, felt into profound depression and had panic attacks in the beginning.
