I was using it in a way not totally compatible with the article and that was misleading. I think of the activation energy in a person as what flows out, what overcomes the activation energy of a task.

A good person to have on a team is someone with high sensitivity and high activation energy. They’re the ones who notice it’s getting stuffy and open a window (or onboarding is a total pain and rewrite it, etc).

By “experience”, I meant everything a customer goes through at a restaurant. Food quality, value, service, cleanliness, etc. I’m neutral on kiosks so I don’t hold that against them. Public sentiment (at least that I hear) towards McDonald’s

The name for the color doesn’t exist before the name. But, you can distinguish all sorts of colors you don’t know the name for. Look at a smooth color wheel or a wall of paint swatches.
