I'd be happier to rent more if housing wasn't a disproportionately large share of my rental budget. Software developers continue to develop/maintain software in perpetuity. Landlords on the other hand have no incentive to do

This article doesn’t do a good job of defining its basic terms to make its claims. They admit knowledge worker productivity if ‘tricky’ to measure, yet are somehow sure it has decreased drastically, with no link to evidence.

They took away 'sort by new' for mobile users (most users), which means most users won't see (possibly valid) critical comments anymore. Remember 'YouTube comments' meme existing because the comments were just that

I think the solution is that these jobs need to be compensated in proportion to their value, with applicants understanding what they've signed up for. Without moderation, there are no services. Governments that prioritize the protectio

You're right; percentages trip me up. Assuming 50% split. Revenue is $10, Youtube gets $5, Creator get $5. Revenue increases 30% (not what happened but for simplicity). Revenue is $13, Creator gets $6.50. Increase is ($6.50 - $5.00) =
