I think what he means is that your pay must be within 30% of the average wage. So you could likely pay yourself between 63k and 113k if the average wage was 90k.

Based on my poking around, the guid provided is included in the shell code to be loaded into memory. I'm not sure if it is a windows only exploit or not. There is an ID of ws2_32IPHLPAPIPA6 that is also included as part of the shellcod

Their terms and conditions specifically prohibit operating servers. They do not provide static ip and prohibit you from bringing your own ips.
