   I think I would have preferred AGENTS.md since it is vendor neutral.

   I know once I'm injured I will be homeless again. I don't have a support system of any kind.

   Sure it "scales" if clients batch commands to amortize the per-request cost. The word "scale" does a lot of load-bearing, maybe it's just not a useful or productive word in practice.
