one example that come to mind is Trayvon Martin's case [1] ... since he died, he could not say that the shooter was not acting in self defense... no jail time for the shooter. 1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoot

it's the same in many states in the US... for example, if you are going to shoot someone, make sure that you kill them, if you don't want to go to jail...

the scrolling works fine for me in Firefox 40.0.3 ... might be the extensions that I use that fixed it... NoScript, Adblock Plus or Privacy Badger
