The main difference is Logo has fixed arity and so doesn't need parens. Lisp has variable arity and so needs parens. So in Lisp you can say: > (+ 1 2 3) and it will add all the numbers together. In Logo, you have to say: > 1 + 2

Landlords have little incentive to install solar if the tenant is paying the power bill. Perhaps legislate that the landlord has to include power in the rent so they have an incentive to install solar.
