ai gen code is slow, tedious to review, generally shit, and a waste of time. if you need gen ai to be an efficient dev then you are bad at your job.

this is going in the opposite direction. we need to be sandboxing agents, not giving them a bigger surface area to fuck up your repo.

Listening to googlers drone on about their byzantine corporate structure and acronyms is always so bizarre. Reminds me of severance and the polite little drones reciting their eigan lore. Google is a blight on our society.

the engineers who agreed to help build this should be liable for damages. this is such a poorly thought out and executed product that is going to open up a whole new class of browser based exploits.

this should be sandboxed by default, running agents directly on the host is a horrible idea.

claude code expects to be running on the host machine, its insecure by design. you can containerize it, which I do, but then you are going to need to spend some time updating claude.md and constantly fighting the agent because it fails to

its a steady stream of naive start ups run by people who think starting a company is something you do at the beginning of your career with no experience vs the end of your career with decades of experience.

claude code literally runs on your host machine and can run arbitrary commmands. the fact that these agents are shipped without sandboxing by default is insane and says a lot about how little these orgs value security.
