You're missing the part where 5% isn't let go at once triggering WARN. Think of this is as a continuous process of evaluation -> pip -> fire. This means no WARN and no severance.

About as useless as the original comment. WFH benefits are apparent on their own for a individual. How WFH affects diversity in a specific company maybe a useful exercise , it doesn't change the benefits much.

Costco does this for sure, but Costco also creates their own products. For instance there are some variations of a package set that can only be bought at Costco, so you aren't getting the exact same box and items as anywhere else.
