As a dev its not valuable to spend time dealing business. The skills are not transferable and is only value to the current organization. This is where managers shine.

The only beef i have with Wim Hof is he says one's attitude matter in following his method. He says a person should be open minded and accept without ego, something along those lines. The problem is its not quantifiable and kind of cop
