   I’d call it anti-China sentiment, which isn’t racism at all. There’s plenty to dislike about the Chinese government and Chinese nationalism.

   That article you posted uses a set of maps as its source, but if you go to the maps they refer to, a lot of cities have changed drastically where there was redlining. Atlanta may not have changed much from the redlined map, but Los Angeles
