Economy of scale is actually inverted with 0 days. The more you use it the higher the risk it's detected and fixed so value and scale are inversely proportional.

I think we just need more reciprocity laws in international relations. Russian and Chinese journalists should be equally as constrained as American journalists in their countries.

I think history shows it pays to be friends with the party in power. As for the IRS it is complicated by the fact that the branches of government can be split along party lines. This should be considered a feature as the branches are intend

Am I reading this wrong or are foreign heads of state that produce nuclear weapons technically committing a crime which the US considers itself to have jurisdiction over? If so why aren't they arrested when they travel to the US?

Apple didn't, the Mac business unit did. And it makes sense to consolidate on the investment in chips for phones and tablets.
