Probably it's learned behavior from the parents. When your parents had good intentions but really panicked or scolded you like the world was going to end when you did something wrong... that can have a subconscious impact in your life

Yeah I mean literally cleaning my house, watching dirt suck up, and reorganizing can be much more satisfying than fixing some stubborn backend systems bug that takes years of knowledge to have the mental tools to fix - lol

At what rate of use did it become a problem? I'm basically asking, do you think once every 2-3 weeks will be an issue? I think something about relying on it, even at 2-3 weeks, might make it an issue long term. But I'm not sure.

3 hours prob -- 30 min scrum, 30 mins support, 2 hours coding/analyzing jiras/thinking about what should/needs to be done. Would never want to be a manager, they're in stupid meetings all day.
