   Write explicit rules about dogs. Many "weirdos" just like their boundaries and basic hygiene. It is hard to socialize, over barking contest and rar dog humpimg your leg. It will save both sides a lot of time.

   Pedestrians are not danger, they are victims! Cyclist should slow down, while performing dangerous overtaking, and not crash into them! Same rules like with cars!

   There is easy excuse, people expect other people to be rational, and to slow down a bit. Not to ride downhill at full speed. I heard "human obstacle" last time in carmagedon!

   I carry air horn. Great for dogs and aggressive cyclists. Pedestrians have no obligation to jump into ditch, to clear walking path for speeding cyclists!
