NAND card is replaceable in a proprietary socket. So you don’t have to worry. It probably is not upgradable but you can definitely replace it.

Only on Intel Macs which are going away soon (only 2019 Mac Pro is remaining outside of refurbished.) Apple Silicon doesn't currently have any provision for external graphics cards.

Same as the M2 MacBook Air with 1 256 GB Nand chip. The 512 GB M2 Pro has 2 256 GB Nand instead of the previous 4 128 GB. Probably no big deal for most users.
