Mostly Eastern European countries. Some fringe far right groups in Western Europe use Telegram because of a percieved higher level of privacy. If WhatsApp went down for any considerable length of time, countries like Spain would fall apart.

I can't speak for any browser integration but I use the app's autofill and it works great. Several, I personally like KeePassDX but Keepass2android is also there, possibly others I don't know about.

Session works pretty well on desktop, as well. It doesn't tie to your phone like signal does.
