I would consider yoga. I grew up asthmatic then started smoking cannabis in high school. Breath work and yoga have helped me personally, along with other lifestyle changes.

I did my masters research in this field. I utilized a spiking neural network to classify images that I converted to spike trains. They are hard to train and as there was no sparse method to hold the images in the GPU the memory constraints
