I find in some forums the issue is the group think enforced by moderators. The StackOverflow forums suffer from this as they are community moderated and many questions get closed as Off Topic which basically are chats about something tangen

Reminds me of insurance companies cherry picking the healthy people. The profit motive conflicts with providing a universal service. While it can work, in Australia we have a public Health system, Medicare, that covers everybody.

Im surprised so few of the comments deal with disabled people or old people or people who cant walk much for injury or other reason. We cant make elitist cities. As I get older and my knees worse I really appreciate those who have to strug
