You're just talking semantics. To me if I read text that helps me understand something, that's an explanation. The black box it comes from is irrelevant. LLMs do learn, understand, and make judgments. You're just pushing back

This is really bad. This is going to set bitcoin back years.. if it ever comes back. There really is no point and no real use case for it outside of crime. Unless the whole world order collapses in which case we'll have bigger problems

Yeah the UI is insanely bad. It’s a classic case of open source bloat. There is literally a button to “open random file” which just made me laugh…

A web app is limited. Even if it loads fast, it feels clunky. Apps using native components have a much higher ceiling. Users don't care what tech is underneath

For sure, and these apps feel bad. I notice instantly. But they manage local storage, caching, and sessions much better than a PWA anyway

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills reading these comments. Apps are clearly better for end users. HTML and css is SUPER slow. It doesn't feel native, it doesn't feel good to use. You also get so many weird glitches with state

This is really cool. It seems to me LLMs and books are a match made in heaven. An LLM query is more useful than a google search for most text. Would be cool to see this more deeply integrated, in a koreader extension or something

I agree with you but take it further, what's the point of different spaces? Just put all apps to full screen size (not "fullscreen") on the first screen and alt tab instantly
