Did you look at ZomboDB? It allows you to use Elasticsearch as a native Postgres index type. https://github.com/zombodb/zombodb

There are quite a lot of arguments supporting this view, see e.g. "Jon Stewart, War Criminals & The True Story of the Atomic Bombs" [1]. [1] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylMbvf3sn_g

Blue/green deployment is often used. There are always two instances of the app running, with one of them handling requests. You deploy to the other one, do a health check, warm it up and start routing to it. No downtime.

Google Maps is useless for biking or hiking. Barely usable, perhaps, for road cycling. I have yet to find a better one than Mapy.cz. Great app, offline regional maps and (subjectively) beautiful map aesthetics.

Exactly. Specifically, for biking or hiking, Google Maps are useless. Mapy.cz can be downloaded (in region chunks) for offline use and are generally a pleasure to use.
