Weight Change = CI - CO Where CO has a CI input. This has been known for while. Protein has a thermic effect which can change your CO. But the equation still works.

I didn't say 10k was total capital base, just deployment for a trade. And leverage exists so you can get higher percentage returns on your capital. I'm just saying it's possible, that's all.

That's quite an assumption you're making on the interest rate tradeoff. No guarantee of 5% annual on RE, even if you're in an area controlled by bunch of NIMBY's. The best model for that is to be a bank with the 3/6

I did read the filing but I couldn't find the details as to when they actually started the investigation or when the grand jury was convened.

I hope the investigation has been ongoing and didn't start as the result of political pressure. Edit: No need to hope anymore. Grand jury started in January and investigations ongoing since 2012.

There is growth investing and there is value investing. One isnt the end-all, and both have merits. I am more of the growth side of things so i will look at a metric like price to sales or sales growth to get a better idea on what investors
