true, but things like wages and social standards are other statistics. Additionaly to the mentioned "low-wage-job" boom you have to mention part-time employment. Which does count as employment but doesn't result in the usual

tbh this is a very bad example. $300 (247€) for 570 square-foot (53m²) are just not realistic for a city like Berlin. The real price for such an appartment (in that district) is around 700-800€. Not to be "that guy" with the unpop
